A county jail sentence uses the local sentencing entry, jail-time credit, later orders, and processed release record. The Sheriff's property and clothing procedure gives a concrete release-stage detail. Personal property and clothing collected at admission are stored in the prisoner-property room. Before release, the person may ask an officer how to release personal property to someone in the community. At release, an officer inventories the property with the person present so it can be returned.
The procedure concerns property handling, not proof of release. A property inquiry should go to jail staff, especially when someone else hopes to pick up an item. No general family pickup rule, exit-door instruction, or waiting area was published.
